Since graduating from the Atlanta School of Massage in 2010, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including chiropractic offices, spas, fitness clubs, and small studios. In 2015, I became a licensed esthetician, and although I no longer practice full time, I still incorporate those skills into my facial massage work.

Throughout the years, I’ve expanded my knowledge and techniques by studying a wide range of modalities that have helped shape my unique approach to bodywork. I’ve taken courses in Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation, as well as Cupping Therapy through Ace Medi Cupping, which focuses on the lymphatic system using a cupping machine. I also practice Dynamic Cupping, which involves placing individual cups directly on the muscles, and have completed numerous Neuromuscular Therapy courses to deepen my understanding of muscle function and pain relief.
