Since graduating from the Atlanta School of Massage in 2010, I’ve specialized in therapeutic bodywork designed to support recovery, relieve pain, relax the nervous system and restore functional movement. I’m also certified in Cupping Therapy through ACE MediCupping, with a focus on lymphatic drainage and tissue detoxification. Additionally, I practice Dynamic Cupping, placing individual cups directly over muscular adhesions to promote mobility and circulation.
My work is rooted in a gentle, intuitive approach that invites your nervous system to relax before any deeper work begins. By creating a sense of safety and trust, I find the body is more receptive to therapeutic touch and the results are often more profound and longer lasting.
Growing up as a gymnast, I developed an interest in the structure of the body, movement mechanics, and recovery. That early passion led to a lifelong curiosity about how we heal and how we can care for our bodies through all stages of life. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their nervous systems—especially in the context of fast paced city life, through restorative practices and self care.
